Order Fulfillment Issues
Several reviewers reported issues with order fulfillment, including missing items, incorrect quantities, and delayed delivery. Author Gregg McAulay's order was short of two edge trims, and instead, he received gutter edge trims. The reviewer also noted that the company added an extra 60 to the job, which was unfortunate. Author Shila's order was significantly oversized, and the rubber roof was delivered in an unmanageable state. The company also failed to deliver three requested items, including an extra gutter trim corner and a small patch corner piece of rubber.
Customer Service Issues
There were several reports of poor customer service, including unresponsive communication and lack of apology for mistakes. Author Huw Rees reported holes in the rubber roof and received no response from the company. Author Shila's order was cancelled, but the company refused to confirm the cancellation, leaving the customer uncertain.
