Disappointing Experience
The first review from Simon M. left a lasting impression, but unfortunately, it was a negative one. Paul Turned up late to the job and caused damage to the gutter while setting up his ladder. The pointing work on the Ridge tiles was subpar, with the silicone used appearing to be applied from the ground using a catapult. Worst of all, the work did not last, and the customer had to have it redone just two years later as much of the original work had fallen out.
Exceptional Experience
On the other hand, Michael Theaker had a highly satisfactory experience with Paul. From the initial quote to the completion of the job, Paul proved to be extremely reliable and professional. He arrived on time, explained what needed doing, and delivered a high-quality finished product. Even better, he cleaned up after himself, leaving the workspace spotless.
