Quality of Work
The quality of work provided by C Hynes Roofing has been a subject of mixed reviews. One reviewer, Martin Tozer, reported that the new roof installed by the company was leaking after heavy rainfall and despite promises to return and fix the issue, the problem was never resolved. This experience was echoed in another review, where Chris reported that the rear flat roof was leaking and promised repairs were never carried out.
Customer Service
Customer service has been a major letdown for some reviewers. Martin Tozer had difficulty getting in touch with the company after initial problems with the roof installation, and when they did respond, they failed to follow through on their promises. Chris also reported poor communication, citing broken promises and unmet expectations.
Positive Experiences
However, not all reviewers had negative experiences. Martin Tozer (in a separate review) reported that after some initial problems, Christian came back and sorted out the issues to his satisfaction. Pug Moddy and James Oconnor both reported excellent experiences, with Pug Moddy describing Christian as a "top man" who did a great job at the best price, and James Oconnor praising the company for doing a fantastic job of re-roofing an old extension and resolving all the issues that arose during the process.
