Our History
Our company was founded in 1934 by Eric Vernon Hughes, who was one of the first people to carry an apprenticeship in roofing in Northampton. Over the years, the company has been passed down through generations of the Hughes family, with Michael, Eric's son, joining the company in the 1950s. In the 1990s, Michael and his wife Janice took over the company following the death of his father, and today, Richard and his wife Kerryanne oversee the day-to-day running of the business.
