Industrial Roofing - Our company specialises in the supply and installation of various forms of industrial roofing for new build and refurbishment projects. We cater for all types of roofs, including asbestos, steel sheets, composite panels, and Sika Trocal single ply roofing. If you're troubled with ongoing leaks or thinking of having a new roof, we offer a no-obligation survey quotation service and can help with all the associated problems with gutters, downpipes, cladding, skylights, and linings.

Cladding - We specialise in the supply and installation of various forms of industrial cladding for new build and refurbishment projects. Our team is skilled in all areas, from built-up cladding systems to architecturally designed buildings with various different mediums from composite panels to rain screens and even Sika Trocal single ply membranes. We can replace industrial roof sheeting, wall cladding and leaking gutters and offer an over sheeting system or simply repair or replace the sheet/roof light.

Roof Lights - We offer a roof light replacement and cleaning service to ensure that your building is well-lit and energy-efficient.

Roof Maintenance - We provide a complete roof maintenance service to ensure that your roof remains problem-free. Our maintenance team will contact you twice a year to arrange a suitable date for us to visit site and check your roof and roof fixings, clean any foreign objects from both your roof and your gutters, leaving you with peace of mind.

Sika Trocal Single Ply Membranes - Cladding By Design Ltd is one of only a very small number of approved installers of Sika Trocal single ply membranes in the UK. Our Sika Trocal approved installation team can estimate, design and execute all your requirements for Trocal roofing with optimum efficiency.

Composite Panels - We specialise in the supply and installation of composite panels for new build and refurbishment projects. Composite panels offer excellent thermal insulation, making them an ideal choice for industrial and commercial buildings.
