Our headquarters is located in Wembley, and we primarily undertake projects in London and the South East. However, we are always open to considering nationwide projects, acting as a roofing contractor. Roofing & Waterproofing

AN Construction is a sector-leading roofing contractor that utilizes market-leading products for the waterproofing and weathering of roofs, terraces, balconies, podiums, green roofs, water features, car park decks, bridges, walkways, railway platforms and specialist tanking applications within the new build and refurbishment/maintenance markets. We specialize in the use of cold-applied liquid waterproofing, hot melt systems, cold melt membranes and built-up felt roofing. Our highly skilled workforce, combined with the wide variety of products available, means that we are able to provide cost-effective solutions for our clients from design through to completion.

Landscaping & Groundworks

We have built a landscaping arm that covers a wide range of works. We use both naturally quarried and artificial paving materials of the highest quality to produce exceptional results in a broad range of heritage and prestige paving works. We work closely with architects and designers to understand our client's needs and provide a finish that exceeds expectations. At AN Construction, we aim to provide outstanding workmanship throughout our scope of works. We provide a wide and comprehensive range of warranties from 10 years to 35 years that cover our workmanship as well as materials. Furthermore, we can now provide our clients with the longest terms of insurance-backed warranties in the industry (up to 25 years). We acknowledge that every client has unique needs, and we will work closely with you to alter your roof terrace, balcony, or garden to fit around your lifestyle and personality while conforming to current legislation.
