Who We Are

At Kellock Roofing, we have been providing our roofing services to customers across Scotland and the Island communities for over 30 years. Our Director has been in the industry since 1989, serving his apprenticeship with a small family slating business. We are committed to providing our work to the highest standards in all aspects of the industry.

Our Services

We offer a variety of roofing services to repair and maintain your property, including slate roofing, roof tiling, flat roofing, leadwork, and repairs and maintenance. Our roofing services include:

• Slate Roofing: We are specialists in sourcing reclaimed Scotch/Welsh Burlington Slate. We also supply and fit new slate from the Welsh and Burlington Quarry along with Cupa and SSQ Spanish type slate.
• Roof Tiling: Whether it be clay roof tiles or concrete roof tiles for a re-roof project or a self-build project, we can offer Redland, BMI, Sandtoft, Russell, and Marley tiles.
• Flat Roofing: We have our own fully trained Flat Roof Division, who are specialists in single ply systems, built-up felt roofing, and liquid-applied roof systems. Our team is fully trained in BMI, Icopal, and Protan Systems.
• Leadwork: We employ our own leadwork division, where works are carried out to Lead Sheet Association regulations. We have supplied and fitted numerous leadwork projects throughout Scotland on various historical buildings to the highest standards and are continuing to train our team of apprentices.

Our Projects

We have completed a wide range of projects across Scotland and the Island communities. Some of our notable projects include:

• Traditional Slating: We have completed projects such as St Mary's Lanark Re-roofing works on St Mary's Church in Lanark, Straithaven Abodes 3 Passivhaus units were completed all in time and budget for Avongreen Abodes in Ferniegair, and McLean Museum & Art Gallery Re-roofing works completed for McLean Museum & Art Gallery in Greenock, Renfrewshire.
• Lead Work & Flat Roofing: We have also completed various projects throughout Scotland and the Islands, including a mixture of leadwork and flat roofing works.
